Lumière Cortado
Double ristretto, silk-steamed milk, our house Ethiopian blend.
Artisan café · Small-batch roastery
Café Lumière roasts twelve single origins in-house and pours every cup like it matters — because it does.
Every Tuesday our roaster dials in twelve origins — Ethiopian florals, Colombian chocolate, Sumatran depth. Small batches, roasted light enough to let each farm speak.
Our baristas train for six months before touching the morning rush. Water at 94 degrees, a 30-second bloom, and milk textured to silk. Precision you can taste.
Sunlight through tall windows, the hiss of steam, the day's first croissant out of the oven. Lumière is where the neighborhood starts its day — slowly, and well.
